When customers reply, ChurnNote uses AI to group the reason into patterns like pricing, missing feature, bad experience, switched tool, not using the product, or failed payment.

From there, founders can act on the reason. If a customer left because of a missing feature, they can follow up when that feature ships. If pricing was the issue, they can follow up when a lighter plan launches. If it was a failed payment, ChurnNote can run a recovery sequence.
