Dardaris is an AI property manager built for private landlords and small agencies. It does the admin instead of just showing it: rent requests and invoices go out, payments are matched against your bank, late rent is chased one polite step at a time, repairs are triaged (owner or tenant cost) with quotes laid side by side, and tenants get answers by email, SMS or WhatsApp in their own language. Leases, rent reviews and compliance deadlines stay correct with region-specific rules, and short-stay bookings across Airbnb, Booking and direct are kept on one calendar.

You choose how much runs on its own: Auto, Notify or Review for every task, with spending caps and quiet hours. Anything with consequences waits for your approval, and every action is logged with its reasoning.
