ErgoAssessment

Most of us have never actually seen how we sit at work, or what to look for in terms of posture. ErgoAssessment does that job with your camera.

Prop your phone or webcam so it sees you side-on, settle into your usual working position, and let it analyze your posture in seconds. A pose model maps your body landmarks and works out the angles that matter at a desk: whether your head drifts ahead of your shoulders, how far it tilts, the shape of your back, the bend at your elbows and the slope of your forearms, plus your legs if they're in shot.

You can tell at a glance whether you're in a good spot or how far off you are, along with practical suggested fixes to try. Adjust your posture, run it again, and your earlier reading sits beside the new one so you know whether the change worked.

Nothing is uploaded and there's no account to create. If you'd rather skip the camera, a photo works too. The methodology and its sources are published on the page, so you can see exactly what's being measured and why.
