About Backlane
Backlane is a hosted MCP server for eCommerce teams. It connects Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and VS Code to seller accounts on OTTO Market, Kaufland and Mirakl marketplaces such as home24 and Decathlon.
Use natural-language prompts to review inventory and open orders, find missing or rejected listings, compare product performance across channels, analyse OTTO advertising and investigate Kaufland Buybox opportunities. Available actions depend on the marketplace, your connected accounts and permissions.
Marketplace credentials are stored encrypted and are not passed to the AI model. Organisations can disable write access, write actions are logged, and optional customer-data anonymization reduces the personal information sent to AI assistants.
Backlane is completely free during its limited open beta. No end date or later pricing has been announced. Costs for your AI assistant and marketplace accounts are separate.
