Sumi - AI Manga Translator

Sumi is an AI-powered manga translator that detects text, removes the original lettering, and places the translation back into the artwork. It supports vertical CJK typesetting and is available as a Chrome extension, an online image translator, and a native app for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. The Apple app can process translations fully offline on supported devices. Current language coverage differs by product: the native app supports 14 languages, the browser extension supports 24, and the online translator supports 134. The online translator includes one page without an account, five pages after sign-up, and five pages claimable daily. Paid plans start at $6.99 per month or $69.99 per year, with no free trial.
