ShardStitch is a local-first memory, recovery, and orchestration tool for AI coding. When a session stalls, reaches a limit, or needs to move to another tool, it helps reconstruct the working state from project files, Git changes, saved context, and verification results. Its handoff packet separates verified facts from uncertain claims and carries forward decisions, failed attempts, risks, and the next action.

ShardStitch currently supports cross-tool handoffs and offers MCP tools for working with project context inside supported AI coding environments.

The ShardStitch product roadmap also includes ShardDesign, a visual editor for changing an AI-built website without repeatedly rewriting it through prompts. A planned ShardDesign Guardrails MCP will help review website content and structure against current search-engine guidance, flag issues such as duplication and doorway-like pages, and guide an evidence-based repair workflow. ShardDesign and its Guardrails MCP are in development, not publicly available, and cannot guarantee indexing, rankings, or recovered traffic.
