AI Prompt Generator
Generate reusable AI prompts with system messages, user templates, and variables for any model.
How to write reusable AI prompts
A reusable prompt has four parts: a clear role, a specific goal, hard constraints, and a defined output format. When any of those parts are missing, models guess and quality drops.
Use a system message to set the role and the rules. Use the user message for the task itself, with variables for the parts that change between runs.
For tasks that need structured output, ask for JSON and give an exact schema. For creative tasks, lock in tone, length, and audience.
Test prompts on edge cases before using them in production. A prompt that works on one example often fails on slightly different inputs.
AI Prompt Generator FAQ
Are the prompts model-specific?
They are model-agnostic by default. If you select a target model, the prompts adapt to its style.
Can I use these in production?
Yes, after you test them on real inputs. Treat the output as a starting point and iterate.
What are variables?
Variables are placeholders in curly braces that you replace with real values when running the prompt.
How many prompts are generated?
Five prompts per run, each covering a different angle or strategy for the same task.
Should I keep prompts short or detailed?
Use enough detail to define the role, constraints, and output format. Short prompts are fine only when the task is simple.
